You would like to switch on and off your staircase lighting classically via a switch together, not step by step? Then a parallel connection of the LEDs on one line is possible and this is the matching connection cable set for it. With the help of the 3-pole WAGO terminals - 50 pieces for up to 25 LEDs - the LEDs can be connected step by step to the common line and supplied with voltage from a central power supply unit.
Sophisticated: The third wire of the cable (3x 1.5 mm2) makes it possible to split the cable into two circuits, allowing you to switch the first and last step, or the handrail separately from the (remaining) step lighting, for example.
The ÖLFLEX LED connection cable (3x1.5 mm2) is the first choice for connecting the LEDs to the common power supply. It is designed for fixed installation in dry or damp rooms, with normal mechanical stress. The PVC jacket makes the cable particularly robust, yet it measures only 6.7 millimeters in diameter.
With the aid of the WAGO terminals, the lamps can be connected to the connection cable one after the other (in parallel). To do this, the orange operating lever is opened until it engages, the conductors are inserted, and the lever is returned to its original position - done. No ferrules are required for fine-wire cables, no soldering, no error-prone luster terminals and completely tool-free. The connection of fine (0.08 - 4 mm²) as well as single-wire (up to 2.5 mm²) cables is permitted. Further information about the WAGO terminal blocks (Type 221-413) can be found on the manufacturer's homepage.
