We offer the following payment options for purchases in our online shop:

Shipping

The dispatch takes place insured and in principle climaticneutrally with DHL GoGreen, or KlimaProtect packages of GLS.

Shipping costs

NEW: From now on the dispatch of stocked goods is also possible by DHL-Express.

The standard shipping is free of shipping costs from 150,00 € value of goods within Germany - also for bulky goods! 

Otherwise as follows:

  • Germany - DHL/GLS: 4,90 €
  • Germany - bulky goods via DHL, instead of GLS: 29,90 €
  • Germany - DHL-Express: By weight - from 19,90 €

  • EU - DHL: 11,90 €
  • EU - DHL-Express: By weight, from 38,90 €

  • Europe (CH, NO, GB) - DHL: 39,90 € 
  • Europe (CH, NO, GB) - DHL-Express: by weight, from 48,90 €

Shipping to other countries than mentioned is possible on request. Customs duties, taxes and fees for deliveries abroad are to be paid by the customer. Please inform yourself before your order at the responsible customs or tax authorities.
We reserve the right to change the shipping service provider (DHL/GLS) for free shipping, or to split deliveries between two service providers. All prices incl. 19% VAT.
