| Running lightThe optical highlight of the staircase lighting - the softly dimmed, step-by-step switching on of the LEDs - is of course integrated in each of our LED control units, but can also be deactivated on each control unit. |
| Ambient lightingThe LED outputs unused for step lighting (up to four) can be used for additional, general lighting of the staircase. These LED outputs are lightly switched on permanently and thus provide atmospheric basic lighting (brightness can be set on the Professional control). When the staircase is entered, these LEDs are then activated simultaneously and completely. Ideal for LED strips in the handrail or spotlights in the ceiling |

| Permanent lightPermanent light? No problem! On all control units there is a connector for an external switch which activates all connected LEDs softly dimmed. Sophisticated: The continuous light can be switched on at any time, even when the LED control is in standby mode. It is also possible to use an alternating circuit. |
| Twilight sensorBy connecting a twilight sensor, which deactivates the automatic control unit during daylight, a demand-oriented and energy-saving circuit is guaranteed. In addition to the automatic system, in standby mode the entrance and ambient lighting are also switched off. |

The Home control unit - the effective introduction to sensor-controlled staircase lighting.
The "Home 2016" light control unit enables you to activate your LED staircase lighting automatically. With the help of two sensors, the control unit detects when you step on the stairs and activates the connected LED lighting step by step and softly dimmed. For this purpose, the sensors require neither a reflector nor an additional transmitter or receiver unit on the opposite side of the staircase - even open stairs are no problem.
After leaving the stairs, the LED spotlights - up to 16 - are dimmed out again step by step. This not only creates a very nice effect, but also helps to save energy. With the optional twilight sensor, the automatic system can also be deactivated during the day and the ambient lighting switched off. Above all, however, this sensor-controlled step lighting creates safety in dark stairwells.
The LED control unit comes with a suitable power supply unit - either for our 12V LED strips and spots or for our 10V recessed spotlights - and two motion sensors.
All you need to start is the LED spotlight or LED strip of your choice. Here we have put together a selection of high-quality LEDs for you in our shop, which are matched to our control unit.
