LED output amplifier (8 A)

With the help of the output amplifier, particularly powerful LEDs can be operated on our control units - ideally suited for Ambient lighting -function.

The amplifier is particularly interesting for the use of the control unit function Ambient Lighting: Thus, via an output of the control unit, LED strips many meters long in ceilings/handrails/platforms, or a larger number of LED ceiling spots can be controlled, which otherwise could not be connected due to their power consumption (>400 mA or >500 mA).

In addition to this application, it is also possible to operate lamps with different voltages at the control unit: For example, 10 V spotlights for step lighting (directly connected to the control unit), while at the same time 12 V LED spotlights are used for ambience/ceiling lighting (connected via the amplifier). In addition to the amplifier, a second power supply unit with the appropriate voltage/power is required for this purpose - you can find this under Accessories->Power Supply Units.

The amplifier is suitable for voltages from 12 to 24 volts and has a maximum switching capacity of 24 amps.
