LED spotlights with gradual, sensor-controlled automatic, or classically switched by light switch

For a special comfort and spectacular optics of your staircase lighting the SEQUA-LED control unit is the first choice. This switches on the LED spotlights of your staircase lighting automatically and contact-free by sensor. The special highlight, however, is the gradual illumination of your staircase: With the help of the control unit, your staircase lighting is not activated all at once when you step on it, but spotlight by spotlight - the amazement of all visitors is guaranteed!

Of course, the classic way of staircase lighting control by light switch is also possible. This solution is mainly suitable for the conversion, or retrofitting of existing staircase lighting to the modern LED technology. In this case, the energy-efficient staircase lights are connected directly to the power supply unit and switched on and off manually as required - even if desired by means of a changeover switch with a second switch at the end of the staircase. Recessed spotlights for the wall, or surface-mounted spotlights on the stair string?

For staircase lighting with LED spotlights SEQUA offers you high-quality models from various manufacturers. In addition to LED lights from Zamel, we have a wide range of products from the staircase light manufacturer SKOFF available directly from stock. SKOFF LED spotlights are available not only as recessed spotlights for standardized switch boxes (60 mm, often called 68 flush-mounted box), but also as flat surface-mounted spotlights for mounting on the stair string.

For the installation of this surface-mounted variant, only a small hole in the stair stringer is required and the spotlight is then glued on. In many wooden staircases, the LED connection cables can be laid easily and completely invisibly in a cable duct milled into the back. Suitable Industrial adhesive tape you will find in our accessories. For a particularly impressive effect of the step-by-step automatic of SEQUA we recommend to equip each step of the stairs with a spotlight. LED spots with a color temperature of about 4000 Kelvin emit neutral white light, creating a particularly clear staircase lighting.
